This Just In...Fox News Channel is bunch of lying fucks

“a family-friendly drag show”? Fox is gonna have some ‘splainin’ to do here!

Wait 'til they discover there’s no cars involved.

Yup. Lying hypocrite Lindsey Graham says there will be riots in the streets if Trump is indicted. Well ya know what Lindsey? We are sick and tired of you stupid assholes.

Bring. It. On.

I’d like to know where he got his information and why he hasn’t informed law enforcement.

He assumes law enforcement will be among the rioters. If there were riots, he may well have been right.

So, if people show up in black, they are antifa. And if they show up in camo, they are fascists? Got it!

Going to need a new fall wardrobe.

Wouldn’t it blow their little Fox minds if the “antifa” started wearing camo? Or khaki pants and black polos?

I know that won’t happen. Those against faschists have better fashion taste than to don either of those outfits.

I guess what puzzles me is … with all the epic supply chain issues, why hasn’t manufactured outrage experienced serious problems with availability?

It’s locally sourced.

They’ll dress in red white and blue and call themselves Patriot Patrol or something. Republicans will be so confused.

US flag outfits, complete with gold fringes! How could you punch someone wearing something so sacred?

A right cross, perhaps?

Meanwhile, octopus is pointing his tentacles at this story and screaming “See? SEE?”

I’m imaging someone with those fringes on the bottom of their arms. I think it’s a country look?

IME it’s a Tournament of Roses look.

And infinitely renewable, apparently.

Some right wing posters will never see where the real glurge is coming about climate change.

The experts FOX news consulted for that shitty reporting?

The reality is that while no single hurricane can be blamed to the increase of warming caused by humans, the fact remains that hurricanes are coming stronger or more intense thanks to global warming.

It goes beyond climate change, FOX News has embraced the meme that any other scientific or more serious sources of information are now “The regime media” (As in part of the Biden administration)

“Follow the money” is an evergreen, but it has a particularly ugly reality in the face of so much death and destruction.

And these fake “experts” will be quoted by developers who see a vision of massive profits in rebuilding in all certain-to-flood-again areas of Florida—with Governor Princess-Barbie-Boots cheering them on (and grabbing his share).

Fox also quoted this guy:

“If you read what [the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)] says on hurricanes, there’s just not enough data,” Steve Milloy, a senior legal fellow at the Energy & Environment Legal Institute, told Fox News Digital."

“There’s nothing to back up what they’re saying is,” he continued. “There were about 16 major hurricanes between 1916 and 1965 but only six since 1965. So, clearly major hurricanes happen with lower levels of carbon dioxide. That doesn’t add up for them.”

The Energy & Environment Legal Institute appears to be another conservative organization fighting environmental regulation.* Their figures on numbers of major hurricanes are…questionable. By my count, there were 127 major hurricanes in the Atlantic from 1965-2017, and 112 major hurricanes between 1913 and 1965 (a corresponding time period), so a case can be made for increasing major hurricanes in recent times (with the caveat that storm strength is measured much more precisely now).

*to be “fair and balanced”, Fox also quoted a representative of a U.N. climate panel and a spokesman from the NOAA, although giving a small minority contingent of climate change “skeptics” equal time with consensus experts does not equal “fair” reporting.
Major media do have a bad habit of citing single severe weather events as proof of climate change, instead of making the effort to link them to trends over time (one example was this past summer’s lightning strike in D.C. that killed two people).
