Apparently the Japanese are getting together to make the ultimate noodle product for consumption in outer space . Which begs the question…what would be the ultimate noodle product?
I know this isn’t ramen but I would vote for a space ready version of Kraft Dinner (Kraft Macaroni and Cheese). After all if you are stuck in a space station for six months you want a comfort food that will remind you of home…and for me that’s gotta be KD.
