where is this quote from? it was recently used in a song im listening to. google doesnt help because the search query is too long.

With a long quote, you can usually find what you want by hacking off the good bits and feeding that to google.
The B3tans claim the phrase came to us from Adolph Hitler (3 May 1934). I believe everything I see at B3ta.com 
I somehow doubt the Hitler attribution because if it’s anything like an accurate translation from German the last part cannot read but “knietief im Blut ihrer Kinder” in German. Googling for that phrase draws a blank (“im Blut ihrer Kinder” gives some hits but on unrelated subjects, mostly medical ones). Also Hitler was too much of a skilled politician to mouth obvious B-movie-villain lines.
