I have been a shooting enthusiast most of my life but I parted ways with the NRA back in the early 90s. Looking like I made the right decision !

The NRA went from Field & Stream back in the 70s to Soldier of Fortune by the late 90s.
I say we take off and nuke the site from orbit. Only way to be sure.
I was an NRA member for less than a year. I joined in late 1994. Then in April, 1995 the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City was bombed by 2 gun fanatics. It was unbelievable that the NRA’s opinion was so off-the-wall crazy about this incident. They had an editorial stating the bombing was a tragedy. THEN they said the REAL tragedy was that the 2 bombers took this action because new gun regulations interfered with their rights to own and purchase firearms!!! That was more than enough to make me quit the NRA and sent them a letter saying how bat-shit crazy they were.
