After subscribing to the board, I went to my User CP and I saw that I had well over 50 threads subscribed. Most of them are no longer active and I wanted to unsub from the oldest.
As far as I can tell, the only way to do this is to go into each thread individually and use the Thread Tools menu. This would take ages and tax those poor little Hamsters’ stamina too much.
Is there a way to unsubscribe from a group of threads at once?
Perhaps subscriptions could be made to automatically unsubscribe if there is no reply within a certain timescale like 90 days? I realise it would add some overhead to the system, but it might save an even greater amount.
On a related note, in the list of subscribed threads, the notification method is listed for each but none appear to be ticked. If I click the notification box above the list, they all get ticked, or I can tick the threads individually, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to save this change.
[Just checked] As of now, I have 56 threads subscribed, but none of the boxes are ticked for notification.
I’m going to specify Instant Notification at the bottom of this post and I won’t go near my User CP for a while.
Could a Mod please check my Subsciptions and see if it’s working?
