Flypsyde asks: Was the glass a vial of medication of some sort?
IN A MANNER OF SPEAKING

Falcon asks: Did the woman have any illnesses?
YES

aschrott asks: was the removal of the glass item the direct cause of her death?
NO

did the boyfriend steal it?
YES

Did the boyfriend remove the glass item?

I got it first! That’s why I asked about medication, I was afraid you or Sr were gonna come along, get more specific, and steal my thunder, Falc.

was it a syringe of insulin?

Okay, was it a vial of insulin?

oooh, I see I should hit “reload” more often :o

Flypsyde asks: Real quick-was Gwen diabetic?

DING DING DING DING!!!

My goodness. One more win and the prize will be a humidor!

Yes, indeed - poor Gwen was diabetic, and her jealous lover stole her insulin, replacing it with water. By the time she realized the injection wasn’t working, and tried another… which also didn’t work - it was too late.

Whew.

Are we tired yet?

I’m gonna solve the puzzle, Pat. Gwen was diabetic. Her lover visited, stole her hypo of insulin and left. Without it she would die, but not right away.

Hell no! I wanna beat Flyp on one of these!

YEAH, BABY, YEAH!!!

Okay, I’m done. Bricker, I’m bored, but if you’re tired, hey, rest up. I want some thinkers for Monday.

I’m in for more, if you’ve got 'em

Oh, I have no dearth of these puzzle, Flypsyde - believe me.

OK, one more for today.

A woman gives a man something to eat – and he dies. Oddly enough, they both knew it was dangerous, and yet he ate it anyway. Amazingly, it was neither poisoned nor poisonous.

How come?

Any allergies for the man?

Is insulin still kept in glass containers? I thought my grandmother’s was stored in a hard plastic container.

“You CAN’T be evil. 'Cos no matter how many ‘bad’ things you do on purpose,
you MUST be doing it because you think it’s the right thing to do.”

were their names Adam and Eve?

Did hte man die of a heart attack?

Flypsyde asks: Any allergies for the man?
NO
Thirsty4: at the time this murder happened, insulin was still kept in glass vials.

Ooh, I think aschrott got us, Falc.

Adam didn’t die, though, Flyp. thinks

Was the ingested substance a normal, everyday food product, eaten by humans?
