Time Person of the Year

I must, sadly, disagree. The pope that Francis most resembles is John XXIII, certainly among modern popes. And what long-term effect did he have. They have nullified or reversed nearly every reform of Vatican II. Except for reinstating the Latin mass. And even that is under attack by such troglodytes as Mel Gibson. And what is so holy about Latin? Why can’t the mass be in Aramaic for Christ’s sake?

Hari Seldon:

She voiced the girl in Bolt. That’s how I’d like to remember her.

Actually, that’s kind of unfair. She has a talented voice. I actually like the song “Wrecking Ball.” But she certainly could have made a video for it without being naked. The scorn heaped on her is well-deserved.

Hey, let’s not be dissing my poll choice.

I think it should be EdWARD Snowden. He made a lot of news headlines this year. But Miley could also be the Time person of the year.

But oh, well. The Pope already made it.

I think that’s Mel Gibson’s dad. Mel isn’t quite that far out there, is he?

The Latin mass is kind of nice. Maybe a good idea to keep it for certain occasions. But then, I’m an atheist, so I probably don’t get a vote…
