Happy birthday wishes to one and all, no plans as yet, apart from turning 38 in a riot of drunkeness, or something like that.
August 26th will be my 23rd.
I’ll be celebrating alone as my entire family have decided to go on holiday that week.
Guess i’ll have to Celebrate at LonDope the weekend before instead. 
Lucky you. I shall be celebrating mine the weekend after, probably with my colleagues…
I know all of you people are probably older than me, but my birthday is August 28th, so STOP STEALING MY BIRTHDAY!!

Unfortunately, I still can’t drink. Damn meds.
The familia y mi will be up in the Sacramento area moving my sister into her dorm at Sac State, and I get to see caves on the way! (Caves are a special treat for amateur geologists.) I wanted to do Lassen Volcanic National Park, but alas, we won’t have enough time.
So, in the 8/30 club… Monstre, IDemandBeer, RandMcnally, bubba jr, and moi. Have I got everyone?
How about a support group to discuss those years when our birthday was the first day of school? Man, that sucked.

School starts that early in the States sometimes?! Wow… my experience in the BC school system is that it always started in September. (no, I wasn’t in any wacky year-round schools or anything like that) Sure, sometimes it started in early September (like Sept. 2)… but always after the Labor Day weekend.
Hmm… for some reason, I thought your birthday was the last day of August. :o Guess I’d better change it on my master list to the 18[sup]th[/sup].

OK mine is the 11th. I’ll be a whopping 38. OMG I’m old.
Don’t have any real plans. I just make sure that I don’t go to any restaurants near my birthday; I HATE that crap they do (No, I don’t want to wear some sombrero and dance).
At my work, you have to bring in something (like cake or cookies) for everyone at work.
So here’s some cake for you too.

I’ll bet. Over here school had already started, and more often than not, I had to be at school
