Tiny toothbrush? (Reaching into back of cat's mouth)

Nikki finally got a long-overdue checkup, and aside from being chunky the only thing noted was plaque on her back molars.
I brush her teeth with pet toothpaste, which is supposed to leave an enzyme behind to keep working. Anyway I use a baby/toddler (human) toothbrush and apparently it’s too big to reach the back teeth.

Her front teeth are quite healthy and white. But I’d like to do better with her back molars … what can I try using instead to brush?

I did already try pet toothbrush finger cap thingies, but they were far too bulky, too.
… hey, do those come in a tiny-breed size? (I think they’re marketed or geared more towards dogs.)

I tried to brush my cats teeth.
He was not having it, but

I bought the tiny cat one, it’s designed to get to those back molars.
I gave up and now rely on a mix of dental biscuits and mouse bones to keep his teeth healthy.
I think a less:dubious: boisterous cat would do well with that brush.
