You do not have to squeeze hard at all. I have found that squeezing on the jugular veins and not much else gives a good result. The reason as I understand it is that it’s the brain gets less oxygen and not the rest of the body.
However, if you are afraid, which is good, you can have sex and have her hang her head over the side of the bed and you are supposed to get the same results. I have tried both on a few different women and usually had the same results. Also I just tried to grab my own throat and found that putting pressure right behind the throat works well.
If you are leaving marks though I say you are doing it much to hard, little pressure is needed to get the desired results. And of course be careful.
Oh my god…don’t do this! A friend of mine tried this in college, and he is now dead. None of us had any idea until his girlfriend asked his parents why the death certificate read “accidental suicide.” Is a bit of possible fun really worth the risk?
Messing around with the arteries in the neck is a really bad idea. If a bit of plaque dislodges, it’s stroke-out time. If it goes too far and you kill her, you’re going to have to prove to the cops that it was accidental, and even then you’ll probably go to trial.

Yes, don’t do this. It’s a really stupid thing to attempt and several people have died doing it. A little extra enjoyment isn’t worth dying for.
