'Tis a Joyful Season of Love and Giving

I think I’ll run this fucking red light and smash into some innocent children.

My kids went to a movie earlier. I insisted they take my Yukon instead of mom’s little Buick. The Yukon is now undrivable, but the kids are unhurt.
Fucking people.

glad to hear the kids are safe. well behaved too without using any of the words I would have used.

Any story on the other driver?

You’re a better person than I.

My concern for anyone who intentionally runs a red light and smashes into my children with a vehicle cannot be measured with existing technology. Heavy police presence prevented me from tearing her a new one.

That said, she was driven away from the scene by another person.

Was the other person who drove her from the scene one of those police officers perhaps?

Damn that’s scary.

I’m glad that everyone is OK.

What are the particulars of the accident?

What you see, really. Oncoming traffic has 2 left turn lanes, controlled by arrows. Through traffic has green lights while the turn lanes are red.

Jr. had the right of way, was in the proper travel lane, doing the speed limit, when the bitch in the smaller car simply ignored the red arrows and turned left in front of them.

The carnage was great enough that witnesses came from all around to check on everyone.
Three of them stayed with my kids until the cops and I arrived - mainly to protect them from the wild accusations of the woman. It was clear to all that she was rabid and lying, and that my kids were just young innocent kids, and they weren’t about to leave her alone near them.

The cops and paramedics apparently settled her ass down, and I wasn’t allowed to see her when I got there.

Cameras are your friend. I highly recommend them.
