TIVO and subscription TV

I decided to take advantage of a good offer for a 12 month subscription to HBO, but since the subscription was activated I can’t find it on TIVO. It doesn’t show up on my channel list, and if I try to “record by time or channel” it doesn’t appear there either.

Is there a way to get it to show up, or are they just incompatible?

P.S. I meant to add that all the pay channels (Showtime, etc.) are in the same channel range, and none of them show up either.

Have you checked the new channels in the “Channel List”? (It’s under “Settings”.) Or do you mean that they’re not even showing up there? ALL channels should be showing up there, and you need to check the ones you should be getting.
