I put Working in quotes because I disagree with the very use of the word. Saddam has threatened once again U-2 filghts (TODAY), has started up a terrorist training camp about 40 miles north of Bagdad, is holding a US Pilot as a prisoner of war (for the last 12 years I might add, just imagine the horror that man has gone through… I want to sick up just brushing by that thought), sent 25K to the famlies of terrorist suicide bombers each, and pulled the wool over the eyes of the international community for, yes, 12 years. Need I bring up that crap spoken by Scott Ritter, former Weapons inspector in Iraq, clearly on the take??? I just WONDER when that started??? I am sure we will never know.
Back to the question, Why is Diplomacy “working”? It’s called 250,000 armed soldiers on Saddams border ready to kick his ass. The threat of force you Idiot.

We back off and Saddam is off the hook and he knows it. So does France and Russia and Germany, the three countries with the most to financially gain by Saddam continuing his reign of terror. They are making Millions of dollars a day, and every day they force us to wait, the more they get. The longer WE wait to fuck Saddam, the more likely OUR Sons and Daughters are to be killed either though a training accident or by another Cole-like terrorist attack. So you are saying, by your “logic” that it is ok to send our soldiers over there, keep them there indefinately, but no to go do what needs to be done?? Or perhaps to bring them home? You better buy yourself a damn good filtration system for your house in that case, because the shit is gonna hit the fan not long after our withdrawl. Saddam will have Carte Blanc then for real.
