See, when you said “are any of your statements correct or factual,” it kind of sounds like you are suggesting that maybe they weren’t. Your post above (“…several posts that seem to question or contradict the OP”) continues that. Yet you are unwilling to actually point to a specific one for discussion. If all you wanted to know was if any of it was true, then the answer is “yes.” There, done.
So here’s my clear statement: I don’t know what you found objectionable, because you were too lazy or cowardly to say it. That’s why I asked what you found objectionable. I think you’re being disingenuous now pretending that all you wanted was clarification. I think you need to grow a pair, have enough confidence in your opinion to back it up, and quit JAQ’ing off.
You are wrong, so let me correct you. But you’re wrong about the wrong thing, so it’s a bit more complicated. 
While it’s true that Americans have to obey federal laws, that is not the issue. The issue is whether or not state cops have to enforce federal law. They do not. That is a well established principle in the US.
John Hanlin ran unopposed in the 2012 elections, most likely will run unopposed in 2016. Here in the summary of the 2012 elections, you’ll notice an all but complete Republican carry, even Art Robinson, a known fruit-cake.
