Whaaaaaa… !!! On the news this morning they said that the Obamacare website was handing the traffic just fine.
Maybe they meant that when they checked at 3:02 AM, it was running fine 
Not Obamacare, my corporate health plan.
Prices went up (do the ever NOT go up??) so I’m switching to the HMO offering.
…Have you tried calling ‘Penitents Express’ yet? Maybe the system has separate on-sight access or a back-door work around?
I called them directly and spoke to a Customer Service Drone. All I needed to complete my enrollment form was the PCP ID numbers for our docs, but that’s not required for the enrollment. They said I can call anytime and add/assign/choose doctors. We’re not thrilled with any of our PCPs, so if they’re not in network, it’s no great loss.
It’s a law of tech. If you are doing *anything *last-minute, something will break. The server will crash. PowerPoint will eat your presentation. Your laptop will spontaneously combust.

Our group plan is several thousand dollars less per employee starting January 1.
I’m so glad I have employer coverage now. Last year I had to get my Senator’s office involved and wait almost a month just to reset my password. :mad: And the policy I got was overpriced crap compared to the non-compliant medically underwritten once I was already on from the same company.
