I wouldn’t have called it hilarious, but that’s just me. It was funny, sure, but not “Midvale School for the Gifted” funny.
I think people were trying too hard to find some deeper meaning.
It was just a cow with his tools. What’s not to get? Quite simple, if you ask me.
I didn’t interpret yesterday’s comic as anything to do with censorship, just technical difficulties. (There was nothing blacked out, nothing looked edited, the dialog just sort of faded out. And I’ve never seen a test pattern used as a form of censorship.)
I expected today’s to follow up on that and explain what was happening, but instead, it looks like he’s just doing a “reasons comics are better than TV” thing. The reason for today is ads.
