Today's small moment of irony.

Today I finally* got around to putting up the heat shrinky type window film to to try to save a bit energy/money. I pondered my expected slow but steady savings as I ran an ancient 2200 watt hair dryer for over an hour as I shrinkyed the stuff.

*Hey,What do you expect it was like 55 degrees until early January.

So, after you deduct the cost of running the 2200 watt hair dryer, will you see some savings? A good investment?

I hope so, but unfortunately the god of weather seemed somewhat uncooperative when I submitted my request for a long period without variation to create control and new condition data for accurate comparison.

Yeah, it is difficult to control those weather gods.

Ask a farmer.
