Sam, that is a horrible idea. If the financial meltdown should have taught you anything, it should have taught you that the free market does not police itself very well.
In the case of potentially lethal drugs, I don’t think its a good idea to let the market work itself out by letting people die from drugs sold by a judgment-proof company.
Maybe the answer is only to buy drugs from comapnies with lots of money and a solid reputation. that way only current drug companies can sell drugs. Who teh heck is going to buy drugs from a start up?
