My co-worker does not know how to send an email. She can forward things, but will not learn how to send one herself. I work in the mornings, from 9-1. If we have a patient call after 1 pm who asks for an intake packet to be emailed to them, she tells them that they have to wait until the next day to receive it. My monitor looks like a snowstorm of email addresses every morning…name, email address, age, and appointment time…crazy crazy
