I use a dab about the size of a pea. More than that confers no benefit.
This is what I do. Otherwise it’s a waste of toothpaste and messier (well, for me anyway).
I’m in a quandrary.
I use Sensodyne Pronamel, and the directions on the tube say to use at least a 1" strip of toothpaste.
I also use an Oral-B electric brush. The brush head is round and at best 3/8" diameter, so a 1" strip is impossible.
What to do?

That’s a tower, not a strip. Strips are horizontal. Clearly, **gotpasswords **must insert something into the bristles of the brush so that he can lay the toothpaste along it. I vote for a toothpick.
