I swear I am not stupid, believe me. I did disable smilies. What happened was…well… who am I kidding? I am a total dork–smiley face appropriate here.
::Drum roll please::
There, I can now die in peace.
[I thought about editing the previous posts…but it was too funny to fix! ]

The only ones that make me laugh out loud are low-brow yuk- fests.
Waterboy
Little Nicky
Duece Bigalow
Ace Ventura
Happy Gilmore
Well, I think most have been covered…
although…
'tis the season-
"National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation"
and of course the original “Vacation” as well.
COUSIN EDDIE: I don’t know why they call this stuff hamburger helper. It does just fine by itself, huh? I like it better than tuna helper myself, don’t you Clark?
CLARK: You’re the gourmet around here, Ed.
How come nobody has voted for Goodburger yet? (Besides the fact that it was a complete waste of time, I mean. )
I still remember the trailer for *Goodburger. *
Many movies have made me want to throw up, but Goodburger is the only movie whose trailer made me want to throw up.
I remember thinking, “Dear God, this two-minute atrocity was intended to make me *want * to watch the movie???”
Time Bandits
Office Space
I vaguely remember a movie I saw a long time ago called “Daddy’s Dyin’, Who’s Got the Will?” that had some pretty good laughs in it (makes me want to watch it again and refresh my memory).
And, of course, you can’t go wrong with Life of Brian or Holy Grail. I can hear it now:
“Brave Sir Robin ran away,
Bravely ran away, away,
When danger reared its ugly head
He bravely turned his tail and fled…”
How about a Cecil X-mas? You know, a season to commemorate The Master’s birth and spread wisdom throughout the world in his name.
Imagine Santa Cec descending down the chimney and leaving books for kids and adults alike next to the tree. Wouldn’t that be awesome? Merry X-mas Dopers!!!

You should see Mr. Cranky’s movie “review” of Goodburger, at http://mrcranky.com/movies/goodburger.html. Be warned: Mr. Cranky is normally an extremely sarcsastic movie reviewer, and regularly gives movies the thrashing they deserve. This review is so sarcastic that it’s … well … see for yourself.
Thanks, Tracer, that was very funny. Mr. Cranky is often too cranky for me, but I absolutely love the way he deadpans his way through that review.
Let me throw Army of Darkness into the mix as well. Just saw it this weekend for the first time, and LOVED it.
