Rammed it into walls, ran it through buildings, dropped a trailer on it, hit it with a wrecking ball, set it on fire, dropped it from a crane, let the tides carry it out to sea, and put it on the roof of a 40-story building, which was then demolished by explosives.

They failed. At the end of all that, it still ran.

Yeah, but taking another one, and using it for the basis of an amphib car, and capsizing it did kill that truck.

No. They aren’t beeped. At the time Top Gear goes out basically only “cunt” would be bleeped. Later on even that would be allowed.

As Pushkin pointed out, it’s pre-watershed, and they have to be more restrictive than that. I have seen the occassional bleep, mostly things said involuntarily while driving, with the scripted stuff being more careful/inventive.
