Top Secret Internet Portal Discovered By 16 Year Old German Hacker!

“A 16 year old hacker in Germany (known only as “Holger”) accidentally dropped two digits off an IP address and found what many are calling the portal to the “SubNet” (Subterranean Internet) – an intricate net of secret websites that are hosted by government agencies, top-secret university researchers and think tanks around the world. Using never before seen technology, many of these sites are now using a special 3D process that allows normal computer monitors to exhibit holograms, allowing photos of top secret projects and discoveries to literally leap off the screen. In addition, there are several sites that purportedly show evidence of intelligent alien life that has contacted Earth over the past several generations. Many of the studies and discoveries, as well as the technology used on these sites, may indeed have come from intelligence gathered through these sources. The German youth at first thought he had found a beta version of a new game site and spent several hours searching through this “Sub-Net” in awe. It was only when a team of investigators suddenly visited his house, arrested him and confiscated everything in his room did he realize he had stumbled onto something far different than just a computer game. Although Holger is currently being held incommunicado at an undisclosed location, one of his fellow hackers in New Jersey, USA received an encrypted message Holger had sent minutes before his arrest - hidden from authorities using a method developed by small pockets of fellow hackers around the world to hide their activities. Although this is not the same portal that Holger discovered, at present it is still possible to view many of the sites, although it is assumed most will likely be moved to a newer portal soon.”

Too soon, dude. Too soon.

There is no way to drop digits from an IP since it’s binary encoded.

It’ll work as soon as they’re done updating the internet in…right about ten hours (Pacific time). Try it then and you’ll see.

This is the funniest part.

Wow. I always wondered what that Subnet mask thingy in my network settings was. Now I know what it is really masking!

Nice try. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you live in a timezone where it’s already April 1st, but that doesn’t change the fact that a) The internet doesn’t work that way, and b) You made it too over-the-top to be believable.

Also, a mouseover of the link gives it away.

Some people’s kids.

Well, apparently I’m even more gullible than I previously thought.

You missed it by several hours.
