The lowest ranking chain I’ve been to is the last one, #400 Spaghetti Warehouse.

Oops. Like someone else upthread, I confused Spaghetti Warehouse with Old Spaghetti Factory.

So the lowest chain I’ve been to is #360, Ground Round. They used to have a big presence in the NYC area, and served popcorn before the meal! I haven’t seen one in at least 10 years, and the popcorn was gone last time I visited one.

Yeah…The Ground Round was one of our favorite hangouts in the early 80s. The one in Green Bay also had live music on Saturday evenings.

There are still a few left, but most of them are long gone. According to their web site, there’s only something like 30 of them now.
