Embarrassing anecdote: as a kid I loved the Hair sound track and used to sing along with this song and the sodomy song, with no idea what the words meant. It was only later looking back that I learned what the words meant. I’m surprised that my parents didn’t take me aside. To be clear I am white as driven snow.
