During their coverage of TdF this September (I know!), NBCSports would sometimes — between tossing to a commercial and actually running the commercial — show a slightly speeded-up clip of a guy sketching (black marker and watercolors) a scene that had just occurred in the race.
Does anyone know this artist’s name?
