toward being a free man on the land

I believe the delusion is on the other foot. I believe the vast majority of American are unaware of the changes that has restricted the freedoms of an average person.
This “show your papers” type of yes, I said “totaltarian” type of government has been slowly encroaching on personal liberties. Allot of people never leave their comfort zone, I on occasion do. I read about a law that said that if you do not have 7 dollars in your pocket and an state issued ID you may (can) be jailed on vagrancy charges, yep in the land of the free.

Case in point, I was hiking in TN, got hungry. yep I got my bug out kit out made me a fishing line and proceeded to partake in fishing for food. Wildlife guy rolled up.
Where’s the fishing permit? “Don’t have one,” I replied. You need one he stated. I’m hungry and fishing for food, God gave me dominion over the fishes, so I thought.
Nope the state says you are recreational fishing and within my jurisdiction, the government agent said.

An hour long debate on freedoms ensued. He did manage to throw some rocks in above my line, scaring my potential dinner, and left. BTW, I did eat that night.

I shoot you, if not me my dog eats you, a smart man is not without defenses.

But like the man said, there’s always a faster gun. So if I shoot you and your little dog too, I’m immune to prosecution so long as I keep saying the magic words?

He was born right on the county line, his natural birthright home place is two steps walking distance from the line.
The state statute was written after he was born.
Thanks for asking.

At least now when we give cites we’ll know what reading level you’re at and post [del]appropriately[/del]so you can understand us.

Yeah, you’re a real man.

Evidently we adhere to a different code, your actions are evil.
There will always be evil people in the world.
I am glad my treasures are not here to where a thief may pillage in the night.
I am not seeing the “where” this is taking the dialogue.

Cool, let’s stay on track, shall we.

I’m sorry mine was a defensive action, I believe you attacked first.

Still avoiding those questions about cites? I’d hate to waste my time going through official records and reports only to have you reject them without even looking at them.

You’re the one posting fantasy scenarios involving big guns, killer dogs that eat people and hidden treasures.

Please start rhyming.

Poaching fish with some line from my hobo sack in order to eat dinner as a freeman on the land versus making joinder with a Primanti Bros. capicola and cheese sandwich?

Boy, I feel like such a prisoner.

It’s a simple question: if you’re attacked – yes, by someone whose “actions are evil” – do you believe your eeeevil assailant can immunize himself against prosecution by simply announcing that he’s consenting to no contracts or statutes, or some such?

That, when a judge points to the code, your assailant can say “Why should I, a starless sneech, be bound by your code? Gold fringe! Capital letters! I’m immune!”

Of course if the new state statutes were written and upheld in a court that received it’s power and jurisdiction by those same authors of said statutes.

How much proof to the contrary in their court of records do you think a person will find?

We all know the victor writes the history.
It is known not to allow jurisdiction in the first place if at all possible. To allow jurisdiction is put yourself within those legal frameworks. I believe that is why the first couple of words of any legal summons or records is to first establish the right of jurisdiction, If that is not granted there is no case or legal proceedings.

No then a common law applies there is a injured party and a victim the accusor can face the accused and point one out in court.
Now if the summons was for a speeding ticket. Who is the victim?

I’ll need a more direct answer, please. Can you think of any official records or statistics you would find acceptable as a cite?

Aaah… don’t know what your missing eating fresh black bass my friend… smart ass innuendos aside. I was about 10 miles deep in the woods.

I am sorry what was the direct question.

I don’t understand.. haha get it “understand” vs “stand under” just a little freeman humor.
No, really what was the question at hand?

Oh, I enjoy camping and do a little fishing too. As a prisoner of the maritime PTB, however, I am free to fish without undue hassle, and have the option of getting in my car to go buy food if I’d prefer. I can do all this free from the sense that I may need to bug out at any point.

Did you feed bass to your defense dog too?
