Trader Joes (at least in this part of California) has a new product. Precooked Carnitas, it comes as a piece of pork in a sealed bag. Just three minutes in a Microwave and then pull it appart with a fork and knife to get a fantastic Burrito filling, or taco stuffer.
I saw this product advertised in the Fearless Flyer. Lately I have been on a carnitas kick- I just can’t get enough of it! I’ve been going to Chipotle a lot for their’s, but I might just stop at TJs today.

Real nice done like a Fajita, with sour cream and your favourite salsa. Not only tasty but really quick to create. Each pack should be about enough for two fairly generous portions.
