We’re going on a vacation to Spain (again! 
) and I want to bring some skirts. I need ones that are easily wash-out-able and that don’t wrinkle easily. A friend of mine suggested peasant skirts, but I can’t find them anywhere! Anyone have any ideas about where I might? Or any other suggestions of skirts to wear? I tend to like skirts that are a little more fun than the typical travel ones that can be found in travel magazines.

You might do a search on “broomstick skirts”, I got quite a few hits. It looks like there’s quite a price and style range. Since I do the whole rubber-band bit when I dry them, it seems like you’d be able to pack them the same way and still have a lot of room. Have fun on your trip!
I guess the skirts aren’t fun, but try www.travelsmith.com. They’ve got lots of travel clothes made out of materials that you can wash out in a sink, hang to dry, and wear it wrinkle-free the next day. Maybe you can accessorize the skirt to look the way you want.
