Um, a Tennessee Walker? AskNott, your neighbor was a fruit loop. A Tennessee Walker is a breed of big, black, gorgeous horse bred for its fantastic gait. They are marvelous rides, and have wonderful dispositions. Can’t say I ever saw one climb a tree, though.
And just to add more emphasis to your neighbor’s, um, wrongness: there is no breed of dog that shares that “Tennessee Walker” name.
