Trends you would like to see RETURN!!

A good, hand pressed 98 cent hamburger, like in the old days when they threw a ball of ground beef on the grill, flattened it out and you had a great burger!!!

Beef that does not require one to take out a loan to buy and tastes good when you cook it. Walmart beef is cheap, but tastes cheap when cooked. It used to be that a steak cost 98 cents a pound and when you cooked it up, it tasted so good as to almost make you cry! Post roast was delicious!!!

Fresh fish that doesn’t cost half the national debt to buy and has not been bleach washed to ‘freshen’ it up.

I’ll take one of your extra break-dancing posts World Eater

-Skinny pants!
-Big, or at least interesting hair!!
-“Please,” “Thank you,” “Sir,” “Ma’am,” and gentlemen holding doors for ladies
-PDA (public display of affection) considered tacky. Thank you, no, I don’t want to see your hand shoved down his/her pants
-Cars you can work on yourself, definitely…especially great big gas guzzling cars with interesting body styles and cool colors, that make satisfying vrooooooooms.

The wearing of swords being a part of proper gentleman’s attire.

Legal dueling (either swords or pistols).

A return to customary wearing of hats. Now that’s classy.

Inefficient, noisy, powerful, muscle cars.

No kidding (I’m assuming you’re talking about the radio).

I carry a battle axe and a pugio–does that count? :stuck_out_tongue: (Dueling really never was legal, at least in most European countries.)

o, and while on the topic of rock and roll, more bands like led zeppelin, pink floyd, the who, the rolling stones, and bands that were actually good.

Hey, Sublime54465: buy a pair of pants that fit, will ya! :stuck_out_tongue:

Hey man, breakdancing is definitely back again. Some would argue that it never left (not me!), but it definitely has a strong presence. I was just at the DEMF (Detroit Electronic Music Festival) and there were plenty of circles with guys breakdancing in the middle. I’d try and support the cause myself, but last time I tried to spin on my head… well, I don’t reallly remember what happened. But I think it was ugly.

Oh, yeah, and I’d bring back safe hitch hiking (and safe picking up of hitch hikers).
