Ok… I am not on to say who is right or wrong, and I do understand that you had said that trepenation was once used as a surgery to relieve pressure…etc… I do a lot of studying on my own and I have found that, yes Trepenatia was used as a surgical procedure to releive stress in certain areas of the brian. ( like to stimulate blood-flow and so on). As it turns out it was also once believe to be a spiritual thing. To get a “new point of view on things…” It was ''re-instated" as a form of open a new way to open the mind " A.K.A. sixth sense, or third-eye" type deal… In other words it is now used as a spiritual thing…
