I’m planning on surprising my wife with a trip to St. Thomas this summer. I’m ready to book the hotel and flight and was going to look into trip insurance in case something should happen to spoil the trip. However, I have never actually booked trip insurance before, so any suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated.
Does one typically buy the insurance before booking the trip or after?
Any recommendations on companies?
Any hidden “tricks” I should know about?
