Recently my graphics card appears to have gone south. My computer (a self made desktop about 5 years old) suddenly reverted to the stock generic graphics. The graphics card is an ATI Radeon HD 4250. I have reinstalled the drivers, but it made no difference. I don’t do a lot of gaming so functionally my computer works fine. It just looks lousy.
Any troubleshooting tips?
Failing that, what is the cheapest route to a decent looking display?
