I think it comes down to whether Trump will refuse to step down from power in four years by either stopping the election process or merely ignoring the results. If he can remain in power then pack your bags, it’s game over for democracy as we know it.

I believe I mentioned before January 20, 2021 was merely practice. By that, I mean everything involved with it, beginning with the craven members of our congress who voted against certifying the Electoral College vote and continuing all the way to the terrorist-in-chief’s mass pardons of his footsoldiers. I foresee the following during the run-up to the 2028 election.

  1. Felon47 handpicks his successor.

  • Felon48 wins the election and the current clusterfuck continues with a different person in the role of Nehemiah Scudder.

  • Felon47’s choice loses the election and we get a repeat of January 6, 2021, followed by Felon48 continuing the current clusterfuck.

  1. Long before the election, it becomes too obvious the chosen one cannot win. Congress then issues a joint resolution suspending certain parts of the constitution and declares elections cannot be held and Felon47 will remain in office until the “emergency” has passed.

The vast majority have no resources to leave. To stay will be a living Hell. When people have nothing to live for, they do violent, drastic things. I foresee much bloodshed.
