Just a clarification: he pulled out of the Paris climate accord, not Kyoto. The important distinction is that Kyoto never had a broad consensus and made some critical exemptions, whereas the Paris accord has the consensus of pretty much every country on the planet that matters, including all the big polluters (China, India, the US). When the toxic shitstain reneged on the Paris agreement and pulled out, it made the US the only country in the world to do so. That was early in his presidentin’. He subsequently made the US the laughingstock of international diplomacy by acting like a three-year-old at international events – a three-year-old who was not only incredibly spoiled, but obviously had something wrong with him.
