She’s ineligible because she is a naturalized citizen, rather than natural born. Where she was born is not directly relevant since many natural born US citizens were born outside the US.

First, it’s Mad Dog Mattis.

And I agree that Sessions is the worst. I believe he, like Bannon, is a hard-core white supremacist. I think they are slightly more dangerous that the fundamentalist Christians. WS’s want to kill minorities of both sexes, while FCs just want to subjugate women, regardless of color. But we women are tough, we’ve been here before, and we’ll survive four years of that. Better us being unhappy for four years than to get to 2020 with entire genetic types/populations starved, incarcerated, executed or deported.

He doesn’t hold a cabinet-level position, and is therefore not in the line of succession.
Also, since he’s still active duty, he needs a Senate approval for his assignment to NSA, which he hasn’t gotten yet. I only included people serving Trump who have been fully confirmed by the Senate.
