I have no idea who that person is, or if she actually said what was quoted. But if she did, and it was in some other context than a comedy routine, then she’s not a genius, she’s a fucking nutcase.

Hague didn’t endorse Trump. No one here claimed he did. And you are misreading what Banks said. She said for America to keep up with itself we need Trump. She is rejecting the notion that we can or should judge candidates on who is a better person, and deciding instead to choose the person likely to be the best leader.
