Trump's Republican primary campaign

I’m always amazed at the racist and misoginistic things that come out republicans mouth, IRL and on TV, and then turn around and try to blame them on innocent reasons. The majority of your above post is imaginary bunk.

Remember the past republican fashion? Openly worn at a convention:

How do you ever expect anyone to take you seriously when you say things like this?

Trump’s poll numbers are down since Iowa: Donald Trump's poll numbers took a nosedive in the first national survey after Iowa

HuffPost Pollster average shows a slight drop, but not to the extent in the AOL article.

If you go to www.loser.com it redirects to Donald Trump’s Wikipedia page.

. . . You’ve never actually seen Cruz’ features, have you?

He’s whiter than Taylor Swift. He’s a Southern Baptist. The only thing Latino about him is his name.

So white, he gets sunburn if the refrigerator door is open too long.

Interesting. A defense of Republican women via an accusation of cowardice.
Nothing SNL has run, (which includes shots at Clinton, Pelosi, and many others going all the way back to Ferraro), has come close to the sort of crude, vituperative comments that Limbaugh, Hannity, Beck, Barnes, and others routinely hurl at Democratic women–in daily news and opinion shows rather that tucked away on weekly humor show that only runs at the end of the day. If Republican women fear joining Democratic women in the crosshairs of SNL, perhaps they really are not strong enough to be leaders in this nation.

“I’m not a witch!”

Huh. I wonder how Cruz managed to fix that article.

Congratulations on never having had to work closely with or for his kind of toxic leader. It’s about what I expected from him given…painfully…some different experiences.

While there’s plenty of more in depth looks at toxic leadership let’s just look at a couple of the basic traits from wikipedia:

Sound like any candidate we know? My bolding added for the one point that seems to underlay his reaction to Iowa. Without quite a lot of reflection and self development I seriously doubt he’s capable of pursuing your strategy.

Considering that the winner of the Republican Iowa caucuses the last 3 times have not won the overall nomination, you’d think Trump would want to thank Cruz for this.

Cruz is not Santorum or Huckabee, he’s a much stronger candidate money and organization wise, plus Trump was supposed to win Iowa and didn’t. The loss hurt him.

Cruz did, in fact, backstab Carson by (trying? succeeding?) in tricking his supporters with fake news of Carson’s imminent withdrawal. (She was only a banker’s daughter, but there was a substantial penalty for early withdrawal! But I digress…)

Naturally, we of the leftish lean view this sordid affair with shock, horror and dismay. But we ain’t the immediate problem for the Cruzer. He needs the Biblethumpers, needs 'em bad, and needs 'em all. And some of those thumpers like Carson. Some of them, if not most of them, are likely to a bit peevish about this. So, even if he tried and failed, a substantial part of his essential base are not belong to him.

And how to we find out how many Carson delegates went over to Cruz because they were hoodwinked? If there is evidence that they did in sufficient numbers to get Cruz over on Trump, then Trump has a case, maybe we was robbed! Does anything happen then?

He may get away with it, weirder things have happened, but he done fucked up bigtime and downtown.

Prime examples of how Trump would be disastrous for America.

I’m curious how he made his money when he is dumb af.

By putting his name on ugly buildings.

The abstraction of liberty seems to be weak compared to some food stamps.

Being born stupendously rich and having a dad in the same business, and having access to the education, connections, and clout helps.

Being Latino isn’t like being black, it’s not based on skin color. Lots of Hispanics/Latinos are Southern Baptists, there are 2100 Spanish-language congregations in the SBC.

Whether Cruz is Hispanic or not is more of a self-identification call on his part, I don’t know enough about his personal life to know much about his cultural affiliations with his Hispanic heritage. I know he can’t speak Spanish, though.
