Trying weekend and Monday. Egads, it's bad, bad bad!

It’s nice about Clarence’s attachment to Miss Haricot. But watch out for the alleged “girlfriend” who may lure Clarence away, perhaps forever. You must be the firm protective mother! Remember, love among the young is a powerful thing!

I came out early this morning and watched as Clarence was taking the walk of shame. Sneaking into his bucket home.

Yeah he was out with the hussy again.
Then I thought: Why can’t he have a love life?
Me and him will have ‘the’ talk when I get home.
There must be rules, at least for proprieties sake.

That 'possum ain’t right.

Let him eat cake… today.

Yesterday evening, I went out onto the back porch to throw some things into the recycling bin. When I opened the back door, I startled a small possum, who had been hanging out on the porch – he went scrambling down the stairs to get away from me. I could then hear him rustling around in the leaves in the back yard. I thought to myself, “maybe it’s a distant cousin of Clarence’s, just looking for Cheerios.”

Awwww. He’ll BE BACK!

There’s been one or more possums hanging out in our yard all summer. I think that this one might be a child of the momma who’s been around.
