Just a little tasteless.
In Orlando, Univ. Studios Florida had built an attraction based around the movie Twister. Soon before their scheduled opening Orlando had a night of several dozen tornadoes sweep through it and various surrounding cities and communities. Left a few dozen dead as I recall.
Studios postponed opening by three months as I recall to avoid exactly this sort of thing. Though their plans were from way before the event, they were sensible enough to act as they did.
