  2. Cheers - main cast member Nicholas Colasanto (Coach) died of a heart attack.
  3. Avatar: The Last Airbender - Mako, who played Uncle Iroh, died from cancer
  4. Rizzoli & Isles - Lee Thompson Young, who played Barry Frost, committed suicide
  5. The Big Bang Theory - Carol Ann Susi who played Mrs. Wolowitz died of cancer.
  6. Hotel - Anne Baxter, who played hotel owner Victoria Cabot, died of a stroke.
  7. Hill Street Blues - Michael Conrad, who played Sgt Phil Esterhaus, died of cancer during the fourth season.
  8. Night Court - Selma Diamond died of cancer; she played Selma Hacker.
  9. Wagon Train - lead, Ward Bond, died of a heart attack midway through season 4. Replaced without any explanation by actor John McIntire
