Two firms fight for Hooters

Article. Details, actually irrelevant, just some disputes over the CEO’s estate settlement. But I got a chuckle out of the article title, and the writer/editor got the desired result. I clicked on the link.

Here’s hoping one of the firms trying to acquire Hooters puts the squeeze on.

Why should there be a fight? Don’t Hooters usually come in pairs?

Yeah, two firms, two cups.

They’d be better of making an agreement up front. Instead they’re going to rack up some big legal bills.

I hope they don’t sag to new a new low in this fight.

When they settle it out, they should copy the agreement to a pair of floppies. Perhaps they’ll get a restraining order from a dyslexic attorney who passed the bra exam.

According to this thread, they might be making an ass of themselves.

I wonder who will get the booby prize here?
