Per AP style, would we do one or two below?

The AP Stylebook is silent on this usage of ‘No.’ It only mentions the use of the abbreviation to indicate a position or rank, as in No. 1 man or No. 3 choice. The only usage in street addresses would be for the British Prime Minister, who lives at No. 10 Downing Street. Any other street address would eliminate the abbreviation.
To quote other sections of the book, in this example you may want to recast your sentence.
