No doubt about that. I wanted Belgium to win and give the ugly Portuguese team a good whacking in the semis, but THIS Wales seems capable to teach them a lesson, too.

Tickled pink that Wales is in the semis. Horrified to think this might mean Portugal makes the final. Portugal didn’t even deserve to make it out of the group stage. Ugly lackluster unattractive play, interspersed with buckets of cynical fouls .
On the bright side, a Portugal win will guarantee that Messi returns to international football. I mean CR7 will be insufferable, or more so than he already is.
That was 90 minutes of tension and fun, tomorrow might be less exciting. Nonetheless, go Deutschland!

Hoping there’ll be some chippy card action between Bale and Ronaldo. They probably won’t cross paths all that much, but Bale does drop back more than Ronaldo does, so maybe…

For anyone wondering what I meant when I said earlier that a lot of scored penalties this tournament should have been called back, the Bonucci equalizer against Germany was a perfect example. Clear misconduct on part of the taker, and it should have been called back.
Go Germany, our only hope for stopping Ronaldo and Portugal!

Oh my nerves, I don’t wanna know my blood pressure right now. These guys normally know how to shoot penaltys, for god’s sake! But all in all, well done and deserved.
That was some pretty horrific penalty-shooting by both sides.
