Needs a lot of rehab though but 1 of only 20 in US & 1/96 total built.
I like the photo on the mountain top; think how you could freak the hikers out! 
I remember seeing that in the 1969 Whole Earth Catalog.
That eBay seller has an excessive apostrophe problem, but it could be a cool house in the right setting. But $30K? Hah!
