Hi folks,

Thanks to the wonders of the internet, I am in a position where I may be aware of a woman trapped in a relationship five time zones away with someone who abused her while she was still a minor.

Or, I may be in a position where I am being epically trolled.

Having stewed on the issue for some time, I’ve decided that I need to report what is claimed and what I know; I might turn out to be wasting time, but I’m having trouble sleeping considering the possibility that it might be real.

In the interests of protecting her identity if it is real, and my own if I’m being made an ass of, I’m not going to post any more details here. But if anyone on this board can help, or put me in touch with the appropriate people to do so, please post in this thread or send me a private message.

Thanks. I’ll consider using that, but it’s county by county, and “UK” is all the location I currently have.

Britain doesn’t have a national police service but the London Metropolitan Police ( i.e Scotland Yard) serve that role in some ways. They’re probably your best bet.
