In the American election it was pointed out to me that while Clinton was playing to packed houses, Trump was playing to a lower number of places but they were stadia and also packed. So May was emulating Clinton and Corbin has learnt from Trump.

I think this is shaping into a good night at least from my viewpoint. I’m a Tory but I can’t stand May. Her arrogance has cost us dearly. I’m pleased that the Conservatives will still be the biggest party and I’m sure will be able to govern with the support of the NI Unionists, who have already said they will back a Tory government. That will keep Labour out. I don’t think May can hold on as PM and the knives will be out for her tomorrow. Boris Johnson has another shot at being PM now and could prove far more popular than May, who is frankly a pretty useless communicator and comes across as bossy and unpleasant.
I am just an innocent bystander here in the US, but I kind of feel bad for May.

I kind of wanted Corbyn to win, not because I agreed with him on policies, but because I know it would make the anti sjw community on youtube mad, and if he pulls it out with a coalition, it will do exactly that, but I can’t take joy at Mays loss here.
