Has anyone else had this ? My ring and pinky finger are numb but burn, along with most of the palm of my hand. It seems they have to move the nerve from under my elbow to the side of my forearm. I’m told it’s quite common, although I’ve never heard of it before. Just wondering if anyone out there is in the same or similar situation.
I have had this surgery done for both of my arms. Unfortunately, the discomfort only improved a little. It seems the problem might be elsewhere for me. My understanding is that the majority of people see significant improvement though. All the neurologists I’ve been to seem very surprised that it didn’t help much.
(Oh, and it’s “ulnar,” not that it matters)
