Re: my earlier hijack
Shortly after I posted my little rant yesterday, the rain stopped and the sun came out. And although more rain is forecast for later today, it’s a beautiful morning.
Either the weather gods have granted my wish, or someone else is making the sun shine over London town…

Which, ironically, is the first update. PC problems and extreme fatigue from … prevented earlier posting.
Everything is going GREAT here. Fierra and I have had an absolutely outstanding time. We did not get to see Greenwich, the London Eye, Harrods, St. Paul’s, we did not walk along the Thames, we did not have a boat ride, we did not spend more than a couple hours in the British Museum - or the open air for that matter. On any day. In fact, we just really did not get out much at all. Hmm. Oh well, there will be other trips.
We saw sunshine from the hotel room a couple times. We also were cheered at by workmen in front of the Natural History Museum after sharing a 30-minute long kiss, featuring much mouthing and biting of Fierra’s lovely swanlike neck as she tipped her head back, eyes closed, nearly causing 2 traffic accidents…sigh. When we were kissing in front of the Earth Galleries, one woman walking with her boyfriend stared, then punched him in the side exclaiming “Why don’t we do that?!” to which he responded “Huh?”
Fierra and I also scandalized the Elgin Marbles in the British Museum when I kept licking her neck. Oh yes, and we were heckled on the Tube by some Ass-Goblins[sup]TM[/sup] who apparently were drunk/jealous/stupid/whatever. They say that Paris is the City of Love, well, I rather think that London is now the Official City of Love.
Fierra and I also, on Friday night, saw some Lesbians behaving badly at a London strip club for lesbians called the “Sunset Strip”. Well…OK, we saw them on TV.
Andygirl will also be glad to hear that we sat and watched Buffy and Angel together in each other’s arms…and I learned a great deal. For example, I learned that, as Fierra puts it, “Glory has issues.”
Anyhow - everything is fine here, except that I have to leave my lovely and fantastic and dear sweet Fierra tomorrow morning.
tiggeril - considering that you typically are licking, bouncing, and duct-taping happy fuzzy bunnies on people all the time, I wonder just what you “would never do”?

Too late - she’s gone. I left her at the airport this morning (after taking the gatwick not-so express together). I guess the weather should be improving in Kansas this evening…

I just figured it was some sort of “field” the two of you were generating when in each other’s presence. For the weather in Kansas to improve, you have to go there.
Anyway, glad to hear she enjoyed her visit to this green and pleasant land (all risque comments aside). We now return you to your regular dreary existence.

fierra & Anthracite, I’m so happy for both of you! Your weekend sure sounds familiar. I seem to recall 2 other people having just recently had a similar one in Amsterdam. A little kissing, a little more kissing and a whole lotta kissing!
The question is, little miss camera bug, was anyone around to capture evidence of this smoochfest like you got of Spiny and me? And will said evidence be posted along with ours??
